Make such a powerful shift in yourself that it causes other people to shift too.

When you are living in your full giftedness you are authentically being who you are meant to be. Your words match up with who you are, you act out of integrity, and when you are out of alignment you check yourself at the door. Your actions will always speak louder than words and show when you are living authentically in your full giftedness. Living in your full giftedness is also about playing big rather than being small. You have to show up fully.

Recently, I had an energy session with a friend of mine. I realized I had all this judgment about where I was going and who I was becoming. When I told people I wanted to write a book, a lot of judgment came out and I felt a lot of negative energy around it, so I wanted to do a clearing to release judgment, both my own and other people’s.

One of the judgments that came up and needed to be released was from my older sister. From as far back as I can remember she has judged me. For example, when I was fifteen, I got pregnant. At the time, she was married and had been trying to have a baby for years. She was angry that I had been blessed with a pregnancy and she hadn’t. The judgment directed at me from her, as well as from many other family members and friends, and even the judgment I held about what had happened, caused a lot of stress for me. I was overwhelmed and under a lot of pressure from both the internal and external negative energy, and ultimately, I suffered a miscarriage. It had been years, but I could still feel all this judgment directed at me from my sister. Last October she said to me, “I’m not like you. I’m not a real estate agent. I can’t make $200,000 a year.” I could still feel and sense that she was holding on to our differences.
